Finding a Home can sometimes can be a difficult time in ones life. K-5 Property Management wants to make that task easier for our potential tenants, by posting all rental vacancies via the web, craigslist, and our website.
Tenants can apply directly online, and pay their application fee of $45 per applicant directly online as well. All applications are processed in the order they are received. Upon acceptance of your application, Tenants will have 24 hours to issue the first month’s rental payment to secure the property and have a lease created. The Tenant’s Security Deposit will then be due upon move-in.
Tenant Qualifications Include:
- 600 Minimum Credit Score (may require additional deposits)
- 12 months of verifiable employment will be required if used as a source of income. Self-employed applicants will be verified through State or Federal Tax returns.
- No Felonies on Record
- No Domestic Violence Misdemeanors on Record
- Gross Household Income of 3 Times the Monthly Rent
