Why Rent From K-5 Property Management LLC?

Here at K-5 Property Management, we pride ourselves on our residents relations and we consistently strive to make day to day tasks easier for you.


Finding a home can be a difficult time in one’s life. K-5 Property Management wants to make that task easier for our potential tenants, by posting all rental vacancies via the web, craigslist, and our website.


Residents can apply directly online and pay their application fee of $45 per applicant directly online as well. All applications are processed in the order they are received. Upon acceptance of your application, Residents will have 24 hours to pay the security deposit to hold the home. All move-in monies are due at time of move in. 

Residents Qualifications Include:
  • 600 Minimum Credit Score (may require additional deposits)
  • 12 months of verifiable employment will be required if used as a source of income. Self-employed applicants will be verified through State or Federal
  • Tax returns
  • No Felonies on Record (according to current landlord tenant law) 
  • No Domestic Violence Misdemeanors on Record
  • Gross Household Income of 3 Times the Monthly Rent
